As a UX design consultant for the NYC Department of Education, I worked with another designer and educators to redesign digital IEP creation tools, turning a fragmented, frustrating process into a collaborative, streamlined experience. Together, we built out the entire IEP section for ATLAS – the DOE's special education student platform – creating tools that support the complex needs of NYC's special education teams while maintaining the flexibility required for each student's unique circumstances.
